Enchedora LATAS - DuoFiller

Duofiller is an automatic can filler that purges and fills the cans to the same consistent filling level every time. It is perfect for the advanced home brewer and small scale breweries who want to simplify can filling compared to manual filling methods. With Duofiller, canning goes away efficiently and neatly and with minimal waste. With two filling heads, it is intended for one can to be filled while the lid of the other is seamed and can therefore be operated easily by one person alone. Can be used for both carbonated and uncarbonated beer.

It's easy to operate, just press the button and Duofiller will start by purging the can with CO2. This is to displace oxygen in the can so that the contact time between beer and oxygen is minimized. The purge time is adjustable between 0-10 seconds. After purging, it will automatically start to fill the can. A sensor monitors the filling level and stops filling when the pre-programmed level is reached. The sensor detects the liquid level millimeter-precisely so that the filling level is the same every time, even regardless of how much foam is on top of the liquid in the can.

Tests show that beer bottled with Duofiller has a very low oxygen content and thus good shelf life.

Duofiller is programmed very easily in advance and you can also easily fine-tune the filling amount along the way. It can be used for all types of standard cans 0.33 - 0.4 - 0.5 liters (12 - 16 - 19oz).

The filler is easily mounted on the wall with 2 screws or it can use VESA 100 wall mount intended for monitors. There are many types of wall, ceiling and floor mounts to choose from among the VESA 100 standard, but such a mount is not included.

Of the connections, a 2.5m beer hose with integrated filter is included. You need an extra ball lock quick connector if you intend to use it with Cornelius style kegs. Extra length with beer hose is available as an option. Connection to CO2 is 3/8 '' John Guest type connector. The CO2 pressure of the machine should be 0.1-0.2bar and this normally requires a separate regulator as the filling pressure on the beer keg should be carbonation pressure eg 1bar @ 4C. If you do not have an extra regulator, it can be purchased as extra equipment. 12V power supply (110-240V) with EU-plug is included .
